Ruling of the Board
Proceeding: Re:Sound Tariffs 3.B – Background Music (2021-2026), 5.A-J – Live Events (2016-2025) and 6.A – Dance (2019-2028)

[1] On April 9, 2025, the Board issued Ruling CB-CDA 2025-027 setting the Schedule of Proceedings.
[2] On April 25, 2025, Re:Sound, with the consent of Restaurants Canada and the Hotel Association of Canada, requested that the Board revise the Schedule of Proceedings to include a right of reply as initially proposed by the parties on March 24, 2025.
[3] I grant the request to amend the Schedule of Proceedings, as set forth in the table below, to include a limited right to reply, as per subsection 35(4) Copyright Board Rules of Practice and Procedure, to address new arguments, and supportive evidence, raised by the other party in their response that were not part of their Statement of Case.
