I. Background

[1] On January 23, 2025, Case Manager Greg Gallo held a Case Management Conference to discuss the next steps in this proceeding. During said Case Management Conference, SOCAN stated that it intended to file a revised request for approval.

[2] On January 27, 2025, in Order CB-CDA 2025-009, SOCAN was granted until February 10, 2025, to file its revised request.

[3] On February 10, 2025, SOCAN filed with the Board a request for an extension of time for its filing, until February 24, 2025.

II. Order

[4] The request is granted. SOCAN shall file its revised request for approval by Monday, February 24, 2025.

[5] Furthermore, the two other deadlines in Order CB-CDA 2025-009 are also postponed by two weeks. That is, SOCAN and the Intervenors shall jointly or separately make submissions on which issues previously identified in Ruling CB-CDA 2024-059 remain relevant by Monday, March 17, 2025. If submissions are filed separately, responses to such submissions may be filed by Monday, March 24, 2025.
