Proceeding: Online Music Video Services (2014-2018)

I. Background

[1] On February 10, 2025, SOCAN filed a request for an extension of time for its filing with the Board. The extension request was granted in Board Order CB-CDA 2025-014.

[2] On February 21, 2025, SOCAN filed, on compassionate grounds, a subsequent request for an extension of time for its filing.

II. Ruling

[3] The request is granted.

[4] SOCAN shall file its revised request for approval by Monday, March 10, 2025.

[5] Further, the other two deadlines set in Board Order CB-CDA 2025-009 are also postponed. SOCAN and the Interveners shall jointly, or separately, make submissions on which issues identified in Ruling CB-CDA 2024-059 remain relevant by Monday, March 31, 2025.

[6] If submissions are filed separately, responses to such submissions may be filed by Monday, April 7, 2025.
