I. Background
[1] SOCAN had previously been ordered to file its revised request for approval (Order CB-CDA 2025-009). The deadline for this filing has now been twice extended (Ruling CB-CDA 2025-014 and Ruling CB-CDA 2025-018).
[2] On March 10, 2025, the day on which its filing was due, SOCAN requested a further extension of time. SOCAN states that the drafting process has required more time than previously expected.
II. Ruling
[3] The request is granted, with modifications.
[4] All dates fixed in Ruling CB-CDA 2025-018 are extended as follows:
