[1] The Board is now ready to conclude its written hearing process in the consideration of Re:Sound Tariff 6.C – Adult Entertainment for the years 2024 to 2028.

[2] For the purpose of calculating the 12 month period referred to in Section 2(a) of the Time Limits in Respect of Matters Before the Copyright Board Regulations, the Board hereby fixes the date for filing final written submissions to July 9, 2025.
