Proceeding: Television Retransmission Tariff (2019-2028)

March 31, 2025

I. BACKGROUND

[1] Order CB-CDA 2025-13 set the deadline for filing the Statement of Issues (jointly or individually) and the description of types of corresponding evidence as no later than April 1st, 2025.

[2] On March 31, 2025, the BDUs informed me that they have exchanged drafts with the Collectives but needed more time to finalize a joint Statement of Issues. They therefore jointly requested that the deadline to file Statements of Issues be extended to
Tuesday, April 15, 2025.

II. RULING

[3] The request is granted.

[4] While the Parties did not request an extension of the deadline for filing a description of types of evidence in relation to the stated issues, both filings are related.

[5] Parties shall file their Statement of Issues (jointly or individually) and description of types of corresponding evidence no later than Tuesday, April 15, 2025.
