Proceeding: Online Music Video Services (2014-2018)

I. Overview

  • [1] On May 8, 2025, Apple Inc. and Apple Canada Inc. advised the Board that they were unconditionally withdrawing from the above-mentioned proceeding.

  • [2] On the same day, Sirius XM Canada Inc. advised the Board that it was unconditionally withdrawing from the above-mentioned proceeding.

II. Practice Notice PN 2023-010

[3] As established in paragraph 5 of the Board’s Practice Notice on Changing the Status of a Party (PN 2023-010), “a party who files notice under this provision ceases to be a party 15 days after its filing with the Board, the date indicated in the notice, or on such day as otherwise ordered by the Board, whichever is later.”

  • [4] Accordingly, Apple Inc., Apple Canada Inc., and Sirius XM Canada Inc. have ceased to be participants in this proceeding as of May 23, 2025.

III. Effect on the record

[5] In accordance with paragraphs 13 and 14 of PN 2023-010, the record will remain unaffected.
