Notice of the Board CB-CDA 2025-058

Proceeding CPCC – Private Copying Tariff (2025-2027)

 

[1] The Board is now ready to conclude its written hearing process in the consideration of CPCC – Private Copying Tariff for the years 2025 to 2027.

[2] For the purpose of calculating the 12-month period referred to in subsection 2(a) of the Time Limits in Respect of Matters Before the Copyright Board Regulations, the Board hereby fixes the date for filing final written submissions to July 30, 2025.
