  • [1] I am in receipt of the Parties’ Joint Statement of issues (“JSI”), filed with the Board on April 15, 2025.

  • [2] I will be holding a Case Management Conference (“CMC”) to discuss the content of the JSI, the week of July 7, 2025.

  • [3] I am available at the following date and times:

  • Tuesday, July 8, 2025, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, July 9, 2025, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, July 10, 2025, from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

[4] I ask parties to confirm their availability for the CMC no later than Tuesday, June 24, 2025. An agenda will follow prior to the CMC.
