NOTICE OF THE BOARD
Proceeding: 71-2023-01 Totem Médias Inc. v CONNECT Music Licensing Service Inc.

[1] The Board is ready to issue its decision in this proceeding.
[2] In order to ensure that all Confidential information is correctly designated, the Board will provide you with a pre-publication unredacted version of the Reasons for Decision in both English and French. Information that the Board believes is Confidential has been so designated.
[3] These documents may not be disclosed other than to external counsel and their staff.
[4] The documents will be provided to you via TitanFile. An invitation to a separate channel intended for that purpose only will follow shortly.
[5] Please advise the Board if there are any issues with the designation of Confidential information, no later than Monday, July 7, 2025.
[6] The Reasons for Decision are final, and no comments other than those relating to the designation of information will be accepted.
[7] After reviewing the comments and making any appropriate changes to the designation of information, the Board will formally issue the Reasons for Decision. Two versions will be provided to you (Public and Confidential). Only the Public version will be published on the Board’s website. The Board will notify the Parties when the decision is available online.
