[1] Further to Ruling CB-CDA 2025-042, this Notice is to inform the Parties that I will hold a Case Management Conference to deal with any procedural implications of SOCAN’s letter of June 13, 2025, regarding its capabilities of implementing a per-work, per-share structure.

[2] I am available at the following times:

  • Monday, July 14, 2025, from 11:00 a.m to 12:30 p.m.;

  • Tuesday, July 15, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.; and

  • Thursday, July 17, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

[3] Parties are to confer and inform me of their joint availability by no later than Friday, July 4, 2025.
