I. Notice to Potential Intervener On September 15, 2025, the Board issued Notice of Initiation CB-CDA 2025-075 in PT25-09 – SOCAN Tariff 2.B – TVO (2023-2028). The Board is preparing to implement the next steps in this proceeding.

TVO has expressed an interest in this proceeding. If TVO wishes to make a request to the Board for leave to intervene in accordance with Rule 52 of the Copyright Board Rules of Practice and Procedure (see also the User Guide), the Board recommends that such a request be made by November 10, 2025 This would allow the Board to consider the request early in the proceeding.
