SOCAN Tariff 4.A – Popular Music Concerts (2025-2027)

[1] The Board is now ready to conclude its written hearing process in the consideration of SOCAN Tariff 4.A – Live Performances at Concert Halls, Theatres, and Other Places of Entertainment – Popular Music Concerts for the years 2025 to 2027.

[2] For the purpose of calculating the 12 month period referred to in subsection 2(a) of the Time Limits in Respect of Matters Before the Copyright Board Regulations, the Board hereby fixes the date for filing final written submissions to January 8, 2026.
