Television Retransmission Tariff (2019-2028)

Case Manager

Drew Olsen

[1] On December 1 2025, the BDUs and five of the nine Collectives (the “Responding Parties”) wrote to the Board with a revised proposed schedule.

[2] The Responding Parties also noted that the “April 23, 2026 date for responding to interrogatories might be tight depending on when the Board issues its ruling on any objections.” I will advise in due course if the need to modify the schedule arises.

[3] Accordingly, I adopt the schedule proposed by the Responding Parties.
