I. Overview

[1] The Board received the Parties’ submissions filed in response to Order CB-CDA 2025-082 (the “Submissions”) on November 28, 2025.

[2] In their submissions, ESA and ESAC indicated that they were unable to gather certain technical information from their members in the time allowed.

[3] ESA and ESAC informed the Board on December 17, 2025, that they are currently in the process of consulting with their members to determine a date by which further responses might be provided. Given the holiday season, ESA and ESAC are proposing to update the Board on their efforts by January 16, 2026.

II. Order

[4] ESA and ESAC shall update the Board, no later than January 16, 2026, on their efforts to determine a date by which outstanding responses to Order CB-CDA 2025-082 will be provided.

[5] Once all information is submitted, the Board will inform the Parties on next steps. It will also inform the Parties on the status of the information in the Submissions, in response to the Parties’ joint letter of November 25, 2025.
