[1] On February 3, 2026, the Parties jointly requested an extension of time to February 20, 2026, to file their comments on the agreements to ensure that the Parties have enough time, given the complexity of the documents and the need for some of them to be translated.

[2] The request is granted. The Parties shall file their comments on the agreements by no later than February 20, 2026.

[3] In paragraph [12] of Order CB-CDA 2025-105, the deadline had been set for February 28, 2026. This deadline is hereby amended to March 2, 2026.
