[1] On February 10, 2026, Bragg Communications Inc. (dba Eastlink) filed a request for intervener status with the Board.

[2] Subrule 52(4) of the Copyright Board Rules of Practice and Procedure states that

Any party may make submissions with respect to the request for leave to intervene by filing them with the Board and serving a copy of them on the requester within 15 days after the day on which the served request to intervene is received.

[3] In light of the upcoming deadlines scheduled in this proceeding, I will avail myself of Rule 3 to shorten the 15-day period. As a result, Parties have until February 18, 2026, to provide the Board with submissions on Eastlink’s request for intervener status.
