I. Background
[1] As per the schedule of proceeding, the Parties filed two motion records for leave to serve interrogatories on January 22, 2026.
II. Ruling
[2] Both motions for leave to serve interrogatories are granted, with the following directions:

Interrogatories shall be limited to the ones identified in the motion records;

Interrogatories must comply with PN 2023-011 – Practice Notice on Interrogatory Process. This means, for example, that census-like questions must be substituted with requests for a sample of responding information;

Responsive information should not overlap with the answers to the Board’s questions, which were set out in Order CB-CDA 2025-090, Annex A;
-
Responsive information should not overlap with the Mediastats and Numeris studies; and
-
Parties are encouraged to raise objections, if any, as soon as possible and need not wait for the deadline set out in the schedule of proceeding (Order CB-CDA 2025-119).
