Subject: SOCAN Proposed Tariff No. 19 for 2019 Dear Mr. McDougall: Fitness Industry Council of Canada (FIC) formally objects to the SOCAN Proposed Tariff No. 19, for fitness activities and dance, for 2019 and beyond.

Please note that we are currently representing ourselves on behalf of the Canadian fitness industry. We also request the opportunity to change our objector status in the future if necessary.
