Dear Mr. McDougall, Fitness Industry Council of Canada (FIC) hereby files this statement of objections to SOCAN’s tariff 19. FIC, the trade association who represents the commercial fitness clubs in Canada, is in the process of obtaining legal counsel. We will inform the Copyright Board of Canada immediately once our legal counsel has been confirmed.
