Subject: Re:Sound Proposed Tariff No. 3.A and 3.B for 2019 to 2022 Dear Mr. McDougall: Fitness Industry Council of Canada (FIC) formally objects to the Re:Sound Proposed Tariff No. 3.A and 3.B, for background music, for 2019 to 2022.

Please note that we are currently representing ourselves on behalf of the Canadian fitness industry. We also request the opportunity to change our objector status in the future if necessary.
