I write on behalf of Goodlife Fitness Centres Inc. (“Goodlife”) to object to certification of proposed Tariff 3.B Background Music (2023-2026)

This statement of objection to Tariff 3.B is filed to provide Goodlife with the opportunity to participate in providing comments during the certification process for consideration by the Board with respect to Proposed Tariff 3.B insofar as there is potential to impact on the cost of use of music within fitness venues.
