FILE: 2002-UO-TI-17 (Extension of term) UNLOCATABLE COPYRIGHT OWNER Non-exclusive licence issued to Aurora College, Fort Smith, NT, authorizing the reproduction of a publication by Muriel Stewart of MultiMedia Designs Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 77(1) of the Copyright Act, the Copyright Board grants to Aurora College an extension of the term of the licence issued to the applicant on November 1, 2002, as follows: (1) The licence expires August 31, 2006. (2) Access Copyright, The Canadian Copyright Licensing Agency undertakes to reimburse any person who establishes, before August 31, 2011 ownership of the copyright in the work covered by this licence. (3) All other terms and conditions, including the total number of copies authorized, remain the same.
