FILE: 2003-UO/TI-02 UNLOCATABLE COPYRIGHT OWNERS Non-exclusive licence issued to Maternaide du Québec, Trois-Rivières, Québec, authorizing the reproduction of 10 songs on CD-ROM.
Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 77(1) of the Copyright Act, the Copyright Board of Canada issues a licence to Maternaide du Québec, as follows:
(1) The licence authorizes the reproduction of the following 10 songs (of which the authors, composers and publishers are unknown) on 100 CD-ROMs:
− Si c’est l’amour − Le clown Patapouf (Le père Abraham) − Tape, tape − Do, ré, mi la puce − Vive l’eau (2) The licence expires on December 31, 2003. Any authorized reproduction must be completed by that date.
(3) The licence is non-exclusive and valid only in Canada. For other countries, it is the law of that country that applies.
(4) The issuance of this licence does not release the licensee from the obligation to obtain permission for any other use not covered by this licence.
(5) Maternaide du Québec will pay the sum of $50 to the Society for Reproduction Rights of Authors, Composers and Publishers in Canada (SODRAC), which may dispose of this sum as it sees fit for the general benefit of its members. SODRAC undertakes, however, to reimburse any person who establishes, before December 31, 2008, ownership of the copyright in any of the works covered by this licence.

- 2 - (6) The coming into force of this licence is conditional on SODRAC filing with the Board a receipt for the amount set in the licence, accompanied by an undertaking by SODRAC to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph (4) above.
