Ottawa, February 5, 2004 FILE: 2004-UO/TI-04 UNLOCATABLE COPYRIGHT OWNER Non-exclusive licence issued to the Carleton Condominium Corporation No. 281, Ottawa, Ontario, authorizing the reproduction of electrical plans Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 77(1) of the Copyright Act, the Copyright Board grants a licence to the Carleton Condominium Corporation as follows: (1) The licence authorizes the reproduction of one copy for record purposes only of the Electrical Site Distribution Plans E1 to E3 for the Eagle Ridge Condominium Complex located at 100 Stratas Court in the City of Ottawa, Province of Ontario, created in 1983 by J.G. Knowlton Ltd. The issuance of the licence does not release the applicant from the obligation to obtain permission for any other use not covered by this licence. (2) The licence expires on March 31, 2004. The authorized reproduction must therefore be completed by that date. (3) The licence is non-exclusive and valid only in Canada. For other countries, it is the law of that country that applies. (4) The applicant will pay the sum of $25 to any person who establishes, before March 31, 2009, ownership of the copyright in the work covered by this licence. (5) The coming into force of this licence is conditional on the applicant's filing with the Board his undertaking to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph (4) above.
