Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 77(1) of the Copyright Act, the Copyright Board grants a licence to Eric A. Charron as follows:

(1) The licence authorizes the reproduction of no more than six copies for reference purposes only of the architectural plans of the two-story addition to the property located at 27 Monk Street in the City of Ottawa, Province of Ontario, drawn by Tracey on February 12, 1990.

The issuance of the licence does not release the applicant from the obligation to obtain permission for any other use not covered by this licence.

(2) The licence expires on December 31, 2004. The authorized reproduction must therefore be completed by that date and the applicant shall inform the Copyright Board of th e number of copies that have been made by that same date.

(3) The licence is non-exclusive and valid only in Canada. For other countries, it is the law of that country that applies.

(4) The applicant will pay the sum of $25 per copy made of the plans to an y person who establishes, before December 31, 2009, ownership of the copyright in the work covered by this licence.

(5) The coming into force of this licence is conditional on the applicant's filing with the Board its undertaking to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph (4) above.
