Copyright Board Commission du droit d’auteur Canada Canada Ottawa, December 6, 2004 FILE: 2004-UO/TI-34 UNLOCATABLE COPYRIGHT OWNER Non-exclusive licence issued to Anne Marie Barter and Randy Sauvé, Ottawa, Ontario, authorizing the reproduction of architectural plans

Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 77(1) of the Copyright Act, the Copyright Board grants a licence to Anne Marie Barter and Randy Sauvé as follows:

(1) The licence authorizes the reproduction of one copy for renovation purposes only of the architectural plans created by Campeau Homes in 1976 for the property located at 166 Bourbon Street in the City of Ottawa, Province of Ontario.

The issuance of the licence does not release the applicant from the obligatio n to obtain permission for any other use not covered in this licence.

(2) The licence expires on December 31, 2004. The authorized reproduction must therefore be completed by that date.

(3) The licence is non-exclusive and valid only in Canada. For other countries, it is the law of that country that applies.

(4) The applicants will pay the sum of $25 to any person who establishes, before December 31, 2009, ownership of the copyright in the work covered in this licence.

(5) The coming into force of this licence is conditional on the applicants filing with the Board their undertaking to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph (4) above.
