Non-exclusive licence issued to Maloney Property Management Inc., Ottawa, Ontario, authorizing the reproduction of mechanical and electrical plans
Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 77(1) of the Copyright Act, the Copyright Board grants a licence to Maloney Property Management Inc. as follows:
(1) The licence authorizes the reproduction of three copies – for operational and renovation purposes only – of the mechanical and electrical plans designed by J.G. Knowlton Ltd. for the property located at 250 Rideau Place in the City of Ottawa, Province of Ontario,
The issuance of the licence does not release the applicant from the obligation to obtain permission for any other use not covered in this licence.
(2) The licence expires on December 31, 2004. The authorized reproduction must therefore be completed by that date.
(3) The licence is non-exclusive and valid only in Canada. For other countries, it is the law of that country that applies.
(4) The applicant will pay the sum of $25/copy (or $75) to any person who establishes, before December 31, 2009, ownership of the copyright in the work covered in this licence.
(5) The coming into force of this licence is conditional on the applicant's filing with the Board its undertaking to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph (4) above.
