FILE: 2005-UO/TI-41 UNLOCATABLE COPYRIGHT OWNERS Non-exclusive licence issued to Darrell Knight, Calgary, Alberta, authorizing the reproduction of a book Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 77(1) of the Copyright Act, the Copyright Board grants a licence to Darrell Knight, as follows: (1) The licence authorizes the reproduction of the book entitled “History of the Thirty -First Battalion C.E.F.” (material compiled and assembled by H.C. Singer; final revision and writing by A.A. Peebles), bound by Knights Bindery Limited and published in 1939. No more than 1,000 copies of the book shall be reproduced. Access Copyright undertakes, however, to reimburse the amount to any person who establishes, before December 31, 2012, ownership of the copyright of the work covered by this licence. The licensee shall ensure that the following credit is prominently presented: “'History of the Thirty-First Battalion'. Material compiled and assembled by H.C. Singer. Revision and writing by A.A. Peebles. Used under a non-exclusive licence issued by the Copyright Board of Canada in cooperation with Access Copyright, The Canadian Copyright Licensing Agency.”
