Ottawa, January 29, 2007 FILE: 2007-UO/TI-01 UNLOCATABLE COPYRIGHT OWNER Non-exclusive licence issued to ServiceMaster of Ottawa, Ottawa, Ontario, authorizing the reproduction of various plans Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 77(1) of the Copyright Act, the Copyright Board grants a licence to ServiceMaster of Ottawa as follows: (1) The licence authorizes the reproduction of 30 copies for purposes of reconstruction to original specification only of the site plans, architectural, structural, electrical and HVAC drawings designed by Rycliffe Homes Inc. in 1996-1997 for the property located at 2 Royal Field Crescent in the City of Ottawa, Province of Ontario. This licence does not release the licensee from the obligation to obtain permission for any other use not covered in this licence. (2) The licence expires on March 31, 2007. The authorized reproduction must therefore be completed by that date. (3) The licence is non-exclusive and valid only in Canada. For other countries, it is the law of that country that applies. (4) The licensee will pay the sum of $300 to any person who establishes, before March 31, 2012, ownership of the copyright in the works covered in this licence. (5) The coming into force of this licence is conditional on the licensee filing with the Board its undertaking to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph (4) above.
