Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 77(1) of the Copyright Act, the Copyright Board of Canada grants a licence to Musée de Charlevoix, as follows:

(1) The licence authorizes the reproduction and display of the following work for the exhibition “Fête populaires d’ici : on va avoir d’l’agrément!” as of May 11, 2013:

Festival des cantons, unknown author, publisher: Sherbrooke: Festival des cantons (between 1974 and 1980)

(2) The licence expires on May 31, 2014. Authorized uses will need to be completed by this date.

(3) The licence is non-exclusive and valid only in Canada. For any other country, it is the law of that country that applies.

(4) The Musée de Charlevoix will pay $110 to the Society for reproduction rights of authors, composers and publishers in Canada (SODRAC), which may dispose of this amount as it sees fit for the general benefit of its members. SODRAC undertakes, however, to reimburse any person who, by May 31, 2019, establishes ownership of the copyright in the work covered by this licence.

(5) The coming into force of this licence is conditional on SODRAC filing with the Board a Notice of Receipt of Payment and Undertaking in which it undertakes to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph (4), above.
