Addendum to the non-exclusive licence issued to KV 265, Willow Springs, Illinois, authorizing the use of a literary work in public performances

(1) Section 3 of the non-exclusive licence is replaced by the following:

The licence expires on January 31, 2027. Any performance must therefore be completed by that date.

(2) Section 5 of the non-exclusive licence is replaced by the following:

The applicant undertakes to pay the sum of $10.00 for every performance to any person who establishes, before January 31, 2032, ownership of the copyright in the work covered in this licence.

(3) All other provisions of the licence remain in force.

(4) The coming into force of this addendum is conditional on the licensee filing with the Board an undertaking to comply with the new conditions set out in paragraph (2) above.
