Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 77(1) of the Copyright Act, the Copyright Board of Canada grants a licence to Duo Juke-Box, as follows:

(1) The licence authorizes the reproduction, distribution and performance in public of the musical work Si tu veux revenir written by Suzanne Blundell and published by Éditions Cactus.

(2) The licence is issued for a maximum of 1,000 CD reproductions. (3) The licence shall be retroactive to the date of the first reproduction, that is, May 15, 2017. The licence shall expire when the work enters the public domain.

(5) The licensee shall pay the sum of $86.40 to the Society for reproduction rights of authors, composers and publishers in Canada (SODRAC). SODRAC may dispose of this amount as it sees fit for the general benefit of its members. (6) The coming into force of this licence is conditional on SODRAC filing with the Board a Notice of Receipt of Payment and Undertaking in which it undertakes to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph (5), above.
