Copyright Board Commission du droit d’auteur Canada Canada Ottawa, October 13, 2017 FILE: 2017-UO/TI-17 UNLOCATABLE COPYRIGHT OWNER Non-exclusive licence issued to Tightrope Books, Toronto, Ontario, authorizing the reproduction and distribution of a book

Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 77(1) of the Copyright Act, the Copyright Board grants a licence to Tightrope Books as follows:

(1) The licence authorizes the reproduction and distribution of the literary work entitled Citadel written and published by Anna Minerva Henderson in 1967.

No more than 600 copies of the works will be reproduced. The issuance of the licence does not release the licensee from the obligation to obtain permission for any other use not covered by this licence.

(2) The licence expires on October 31, 2022. The authorized reproductions must be completed by that date.

(3) The licence is non-exclusive and valid only in Canada. For other countries, it is the law of that country that applies.

(4) The licensee shall ensure that the following credit is prominently presented: "Citadel authored by Anna Minerva Henderson. Used with permission under a non ­exclusive licence issued by the Copyright Board of Canada."

(5) The licensee will pay to Access Copyright, The Canadian Copyright Licensing Agency, the sum of Two Hundred and Fifty dollars ($250). Access Copyright may dispose of the amount as it sees fit for the general benefit of its members. Access Copyright undertakes to reimburse any person, who establishes, before October 31, 2027, ownership of the copyright in the work covered in this licence.

(6) The coming into force of this licence is conditional on Access Copyright filing with the Board a Notice of Receipt of Payment and Undertaking which confirms that the royalties,

- 2 - as specified in paragraph (5) have been received and that Access Copyright undertakes to comply with the conditions set out in same.
