Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 77(1) of the Copyright Act, the Copyright Board grants a licence to Basic Human Needs Productions as follows:

(1) The licence authorizes the synchronization of a sound recording entitled "Trouble Don't Last Always" performed by The Gospel Hummingbirds and produced in 1980 in a film.

(2) The licence also authorizes the reproduction, the public performance and the communication to the public by telecommunication of the work. No more than two thousand five hundred (2,500) DVDs may be produced.

(3) The licence is valid from October 2014 until the work is no longer protected by copyright.

(4) The licence is non-exclusive and valid only in Canada. For other countries, it is the law of the country that applies.

(5) The issuance of the licence does not release the licensee from the obligation to obtain permission for any other use not covered by this licence.

(6) The licensee will pay the sum of one hundred dollars ($100) to any person who establishes, within 5 years of the expiry of the licence, ownership of copyright of the work covered by this licence.

(7) The coming into force of this licence is conditional on the licensee filing with the Board an undertaking to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph (5) above.
