Copyright Board Commission du droit d’auteur Canada Canada [TRANSLATION] Ottawa, February 16, 2017 FILE 2016-UO/TI-07 UNLOCATABLE COPYRIGHT OWNER Non-exclusive licence issued to Productions J, Montreal, Quebec, for the reproduction of a musical work

Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 77(1) of the Copyright Act, the Copyright Board of Canada grants a licence to Productions J as follows:

(1) The licence authorizes the reproduction of the musical work Yolé la rive, written by Jefferson Osbert Joseph and Laurent Leduc, and published by West Indies Records Limited on the album “Au bal masqué du monde” by Compagnie Créole.

(2) The licence shall be issued for a maximum of 15,682 CD reproductions. (3) The licence shall be retroactive to the date of the first reproduction. It expires on February 10, 2015.

(4) The licence is non-exclusive and valid only in Canada. For any other country, it is the law of that country that applies.

(5) The licensee shall pay the sum of $666.49 to the Society for reproduction rights of authors, composers and publishers in Canada (SODRAC). SODRAC may dispose of this amount as it sees fit for the general benefit of its members. SODRAC undertakes, however, to reimburse the collected royalties to any person who, by February 10, 2020, establishes ownership of the copyright in the work covered by this licence.

(6) The coming into force of this licence is conditional on SODRAC filing with the Board a Notice of Receipt of Payment and Undertaking in which it undertakes to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph (5), above.
