Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 77(1) of the Copyright Act, the Copyright Board issues a licence to Loisirs de Granby as follows:
(1) The licence authorizes the reproduction of no more than 1000 copies, specifically 500 compact discs and 500 audio cassettes, of the following 18 songs:
- Un été ben branché (été 1998) - Y' avait des crocodiles - C'est le docteur guérit tout - Oh! Ursulle - C'est la bouboulle de gomme - Je m'en vais chasser le lion - Un autrichien turluttait - En colonie de vacances - La fille du far-west (2) The licence expires on September 30, 1998. (3) The licence is non-exclusive and valid only in Canada. (4) Loisirs de Granby will pay $374.40 to the Society for Reproduction Rights of Authors, Composers and Publishers in Canada (SODRAC), which may dispose of the amount as it sees fit for the general benefit of its members. SODRAC undertakes, however, to reimburse any person who establishes, before September 30, 2003, ownership of the copyright in one or more of the works covered by this licence.

- 2 - (5) The coming into force of this licence is conditional on SODRAC filing with the Board a receipt for the amount of the licence, accompanied by an undertaking by SODRAC to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph (4) above.
