Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 77(1) of the Copyright Act, the Copyright Board issues a licence to Sister Thérèse Potvin, S.A.S.V., as follows:

(1) The licence authorizes the graphical reproduction of the following 24 rounds published by various publishers in Europe and the United States:

Appleton “Chante moulin” by Marcel Corneloup “Alleluia” by G. Wolters “Autour du sapin,” words by unknown, music by Herbert Kirmse “Voici la nouvelle” by Pierre Maillard-Verger “Voguons au gré du vent,” words by J. F. Sénart, music by unknown

(3) The licence expires on December 31, 1999. Any authorized reproduction must therefore be completed by this date.

(4) The licence is non-exclusive and valid only in Canada. (5) Sister Thérèse Potvin will pay $85 to the Société québécoise de gestion collective des droits de reproduction (COPIBEC), which may dispose of the amount as it sees fit for the benefit of its members. COPIBEC undertakes, however, to reimburse, before December 31, 2004, any person who establishes ownership of the copyright in the works covered by this licence.

(6) The coming into force of this licence is conditional on the filing with the Board of COPIBEC undertaking to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph (4) above.
