Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 77(1) of the Copyright Act, the Copyright Board of Canada issues a licence to the National Film Board of Canada, as follows:

(1) The licence authorizes the reproduction of a text by Agathe Martin-Thériault titled Le cinéma direct et ses prolongements published in in the magazine Cinéma Québec in 1972, in a brochure that accompanied the boxed set of videocassettes on the film L'Acadie, l'Acadie?!? by the Canadian filmmaker Pierre Perrault. No more than 600 brochures shall be reproduced.

COPIBEC undertakes, however, to reimburse any person who establishes, before December 31, 2005, ownership of the copyright in the work covered by this licence.

(5) The coming into force of this licence is conditional on the filing with the Board of COPIBEC undertaking to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph (4) above.
