[1] Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 77(1) of the Copyright Act, the Copyright Board grants a licence to Marie-Pierre Daigle as follows:

[2] The licence authorizes the digital reproduction, the making available and the communication to the public by telecommunication of the lyrics of the song titled « Marie Mitaine » written by Jean-Pierre Lachance.

[3] The issuance of the licence does not release the licensee from the obligation to obtain permission for any other use not covered by this licence.

[4] The licence is valid as of January 31, 2022 and expires on January 31, 2032. [5] The licence is non-exclusive and valid only in Canada. For other countries, it is the law of that country that applies.

[6] The licensee will pay royalties amounting to 10% of gross revenues received by the licensee, to anybody who establishes, before January 31, 2037, ownership of the copyright in the work covered in this license.

[7] The copyright owner can terminate the licence by presenting a written notice to this effect to the licensee.
