UNLOCATABLE COPYRIGHT OWNER FILE 2024-UO/TI-28 Ottawa, April 2, 2025 Non-exclusive licence issued to Louise Bienvenue, Sherbrooke, Quebec, pursuant to subsection 77(1) of the Copyright Act

The licence authorizes the reproduction and communication to the public by telecommunication, including the making available to the public, of the first page of the article Dans notre histoire, La Femme canadienne francaise : Almanach de la Langue Française, Éditions Albert Lévesque (1936), in the book Marie-Claire Daveluy : une femme à la table des historiens (1880-1968), Presses de l’Université Laval, to be published in 2025.

The licence expires on April 2, 2040. The issuance of the licence does not release the licensee from the obligation to obtain permission for any other use not covered by this licence.

The licence is non-exclusive and valid only in Canada. For other countries, it is the law of that country that applies.

The licensee will pay the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25) to anybody who establishes, before April 2, 2045, ownership of the copyright in the work covered in this licence.

The coming into force of this licence is conditional on the licensee filing with the Board a notice of undertaking to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph (5).
