Non-exclusive licence issued to Nicholas Serruys, Hamilton, Ontario pursuant to subsection 77(1) of the Copyright Act

(1) The licence authorizes the licensee to reproduce, to publish, to perform, and to transfer ownership of copies of the book “Erres boréales” by Armand Grenier (pen name: Florent Laurin) (1944) in a critical and analytical reissue.

(2) The licence authorizes the sale of 250 paper copies and 50 digital copies.

(3) The licence expires on February 5, 2041.

(4) The issuance of the licence does not release the licensee from the obligation to obtain permission for any other use not covered by this licence.

(5) The licence is non-exclusive and valid only in Canada. For other countries, it is the law of that country that applies.

(6) The licensee will pay the sum of 10% of income earned from the uses authorized in the licence to anybody who establishes, before February 5, 2046, ownership of the copyright in the work covered in this licence.

(7) The coming into force of this licence is conditional on the licensee filing with the Board a notice of undertaking to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph (6).
