(1) The licence authorizes, for the above-described work, the following rights: the production and reproduction, the selling or other transfer of ownership, the publication, in print and on a TKJK-hosted website, of the story “Family of Masanori Hayakawa” by Mikio Hayakawa in a second edition of the book Tracing Our Heritage to Tottori Ken Japan.

(2) The licence authorizes 150 print copies and a digital copy to appear on a TKJK-hosted website.

(6) The licensee will pay the sum of ten dollars ($10) to anybody who establishes, before April 24, 2036, ownership of the copyright in the work covered in this licence.

(7) The coming into force of this licence is conditional on the licensee filing with the Board a notice of undertaking to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph (6).
